Eighty Three

A cute/sad little scene from a few days ago. Our dog was neutered, and this is him still under anesthesia.
He was so confused and sad, and I was trying to comfort him. Aww.

Seventy One

WE GOT A DOG!

His name's Tank. He's an English Bulldog; all muscles and underbite. We got him from a nice family who were on their way to having four children and couldn't take care of him anymore. He came pre-loaded with tricks. He even knows how to roll over! Good boy!

Thirty Eight

I was trying to provoke the cat into making her world-famous sneer face. One side of the lip goes up like a growling dog and the rest stays relaxed. It's her most effective move against me getting her in trouble because it makes me laugh hysterically every time I see it.

In the last picture you can see she was close to doing it, but alas, it never happens when the camera is out.

Obviously this was taken on my day off.

Thirty Five

Which one's the real crow?

I also took this photo a few days ago.
I've been fooling around with some of my
film cameras.
(rather unsuccessfully so far)
and haven't been using ye olde digital.

THE BIRD WATCHER

I actually took this one a few days ago but it's too weird not to share.

twenty eight

I got a bunch of great shots of birds yesterday
after a homeless looking dude pushing a shopping cart
threw seeds and bread all over the street.

A black cat for the thirteenth.

I see this kitty practically every day.
And every day he's laying on something new.

eighteen

Ryan took me for a picnic
out at Swan Lake for part of my
awesome fake birthday yesterday.

We found an owl in a tree.

Crow in downtown Victoria.
For some reason it is only posting sideways.
