One Hundred and Thirty Nine

Thumbs up to me. The bracelet is a souvenir from Cuba. It has old newspaper bits inside.
I like this picture because my tattoo is also in Spanish. :)

One Hundred and Thirteen

I got my photos developed from our Cuba trip last week and forgot to post any on this blog! This was one of my favorites...and for some reason I took the picture twice. And they turned out differently! So that was kind of a score. I think I'm going to find a way to display them together in our house. This was taken with a magical little shitty camera that I actually thought was disposable until I brought the first roll in for processing and they asked if I wanted to keep it.

It takes the best pictures sometimes.

Here are a couple others:

(the faux wood background is our kitchen floor, I just used my digital camera to take
pictures of the pictures because I don't have a scanner)

One Hundred And One

More from Cuba...I just have so much to share! I took this photo using my sister's underwater digital camera when we were at a market in Havana...the markets there are ah-ma-zing. Antique cameras as far as the eye can see.

Also, since I mentioned that the camera takes underwater photos, check these out:

We both took self-portraits in the ocean...mine was in the Gulf of Mexico, hers was when we went to the Bay of Pigs.

ONE HUNDRED!!

A picture of me in Cuba, stolen from my dad's facebook page. This was from when we went snorkelling at the Bay of Pigs. We saw all kinds of coral, JELLYFISH (not cool), fish of all colors and sizes, and A SUNKEN SHIP. It was one of the coolest things ever. And scary.
